Mark Kuchik is our Managing Mortgage Consultant. Mark is an expert in the residential lending field with nearly 20 years of mortgage experience. He is the preferred consultant for many of the area’s top REALTORS and builders and currently serves as the Indianapolis President for the Indiana Association of Mortgage Brokers.
Mark will be handling the technical aspects of your transaction such as: locking your interest rate, selecting your loan program and overseeing the general flow of your loan. He will provide you with options that suit your individual circumstance, and help you find the loan that is right for you. |

Misi Johnson, Mortgage Consultant, handles the technical aspects of each loan application and processes them through to closing. With more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage business, Misi’s expertise is in creating specialty loans and custom-tailored financing solutions. She dedicates herself to providing trusted expertise to our clients in every aspect of the loan process. Misi is highly active in MIBOR allowing her to stay current on real estate trends in the Indianpolis metropolitan area. |

Darla Dennis is our Director of First and Lasting Impressions. Her previous career in customer service sets the stage for your experience with MAK Mortgage. Darla will greet you when you visit us in person or over the phone. She also gathers initial information from you and sets consultation appointments for Mark. Bamba Kizer, dedicated Client Care Specialist, has over 31 years of experience in real estate. Bamba has been involved in every aspect of a real estate transaction including underwriting, processing and closer for a local title company. Bamba is here to keep you updated throughout the process. As she communicates at every step of the way, she will alleviate any anxiety and provide special touches to make the process of buying your new home memorable and enjoyable. |
